Sunrise Birches during golden hour at Estate Landgoed De Hamert, part of De Maasduinen National Park (Wellerlooi, Netherlands).

• Photo Contest 2015 'LIGHT'
  This photo made it to the final 12 in the contest organized by the foundation 'Limburgs Landschap’ with theme ‘LIGHT’ (2015).
  
  The photo contest is a beautiful tradition organized each year by the foundation 'Limburgs Landschap’ together with printing company 'Drukkerij Schrijen-Lippertz’ and newspaper 'Dagblad de Limburger | Limburgs Dagblad'. In 2015 almost 1.000 photos where submitted with theme 'LIGHT' by no less than 185 different photographers. In a pre-selection out of the 1.000 photos a total of 36 images were selected for inclusion in the book '2015 36 winners’ and will be exhibited at the award ceremony in december 2015 and 2016 at the castle ‘Kasteeltuinen Arcen’. Out of the pre-selection of 36 photographs a professional jury selected 12 photos that go to the public jury.
